Our office is
located just outside of Gainesville, Florida, just 7 minutes from
the intersection of I-75 and Newberry Road. Simply head west on
Newberry Road, traveling past the West End Golf Course. You will
find us in the Willow Walk Business Center, just before the
steeplechase Publix Shopping Center. In March we will be moving to our brand new facility in TIoga Center.
Appointments A dental appointment at our office is a special reservation for you... we do not overbook our schedule and always make every effort to stay on time. We recruit our patients in assisting us by respecting the "special reservation" policy. If, for some reason, a dental appointment must be missed or changed without 24 hours prior notice, we would ask that you act to notify us as soon as possible. This will enable us to place someone else at that time. Otherwise, charges may be incurred for cancelled reservations that cannot be filled. Insurance Our office is a provider for a moderate number of insurance carriers and we assist in the estimation, filling, and collecting of insurance benefits for most PPO plans. Sorry, we do not participate with any HMO's or reduced fee schedule plans. Please call our office and Melissa, Heather, or Cassie will be more than happy to assist you with estimating the benefits as determined by your insurance carrier. Financial Considerations We accept the following forms of payment; Visa, Mastercard, Visa Check card, personal check and cash. We work with several financing companies such as Capital One Dental Fee Plan and Wells Fargo Financing to assist patients who would like to take advantage of lower interest financing at a payment they can afford. Again, we have numerous options to better serve our patients. In-house financing is not available. Facilities and Equipment Our office utilizes advanced technologies to aid us in providing only the best care to our patients. Use of digital radiography not only enhances our ability to detect and diagnose conditions earlier than with conventional x-rays, but also reduces harmful radiation by over ninety percent! With intra-oral cameras, computers, and televisions in every treatment room, we can enlarge these images and display them for our patients. This is truly an invaluable communication tool and our patients can actually see what we're talking about! Our office is also designed with comfort in mind.
